Optimistic Group
Optimistic Building Solutions started in 2020 and works from Indore. We make pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and put them up: industrial sheds, factory buildings, warehouses and other prefabricated steel structures for clients in Madhya Pradesh and beyond. Our clients include manufacturing units, warehouse owners and commercial businesses. Optimistic Consultant, our sister firm, prepares the design and detailing, and our own workshop handles fabrication.

Our Skills
Machines for each stage of fabrication
Plate is cut on a CNC plasma machine, H-sections are welded with submerged arc, and purlins and sheets are roll-formed. A 10 MT crane moves material inside the workshop.

Our PEB Project Process, From Enquiry to Erection
01. Requirement Study
Send us the building size, intended use, site location and any drawings. We review them and prepare a design and quotation.
02. Design and Fabrication
Optimistic Consultant prepares the structural design and detailing. Fabrication then follows in our Indore workshop: cutting, welding, roll forming and painting.
03. Delivery and Erection
Components are transported to your site. Our team erects the building and completes the handover.

What does a PEB manufacturer do?
A PEB manufacturer produces the steel frame, purlins and sheeting of a pre-engineered building in its own factory, built to a design made for your project. The parts are delivered to the site and assembled according to approved drawings.
What is the difference between a PEB manufacturer and a contractor?
A manufacturer produces the steel components. A contractor manages erection and completion on site. We offer both, or only the structure if you prefer to appoint your own erector.
What impacts the cost of a PEB building?
Cost depends on building area, clear span, eave height, wind and crane loads, sheeting type, insulation and site location. A written quotation after reviewing your requirements is the only reliable way to price it.
How long does a PEB warehouse or shed take to build?
That depends on the size of the building, how involved the design is, and whether your foundation is ready by the time the steel arrives. Once we have seen your requirements, the quotation will include a schedule.
Is PEB better than conventional construction?
For large open buildings such as warehouses and factories, PEB is usually practical because of wide spans and shorter site work. For multi-storey or heavily partitioned buildings, conventional methods may suit better.
Do you work outside Indore?
Yes. We work in Indore and in other parts of Madhya Pradesh. If your site is somewhere else, send us the location and we will tell you whether we can take it up.
What details do you need to prepare a quote?
Mainly the length, width and height of the building, and what it will be used for. Please add the site location and mention anything unusual, such as a crane, a mezzanine floor or insulation. If you already have drawings, send them along.
